When signing up for a rewards program it should be fast, simple, and painless. When we designed our digital rewards program we wanted to build a product that your customer could sign-up for in less than 20 seconds. Guess what? We achieved this feat.

1. Your customer simply hits the green button to sign-up. Your customers will want to sign up for your program because as you will notice below there is a reward for signing up. By offering your customer a reward just for signing up, you will increase your adoption rates dramatically.

2. Your customer simply enters their mobile number and first name and immediately receives a Double-Opt-In text.

3. After your customer has entered their mobile number and the first name a screen will pop-up prompting them to reply either Y or YES to the opt-in text we sent to them. It’s important that you train your staff to have them make sure the customer has opt-ed in by text to receive their sign-up offer so they receive the time-stamped claim text. This double opt-in gives you permission to send your customer textALERTs.

4. The cashier looks at claim text and gives your new loyal customer their sign-up reward. It’s important that your staff read the claim text as it will be time-stamped and dated. Here is an example sign-up offer claim text: You signed up for Java Joe’s alerts. Show text on 12/2/2010 by 12:15 pm for FREE Coffee. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
