A simple power cycle typically corrects any issues that may arise with a device. Reset by:

1. Hold down on the power button located inside the opening on the upper left, back side of the kiosk for 5-10 seconds until you see “slide to power off” on the screen, then slide to power off. Wait a few seconds and hold down on the power button again until you see the white apple. Then slide to unlock. In the upper left corner wait until it connects to Verizon or AT&T LTE. If you do not see LTE and see the wifi signal instead, go into settings and turn wifi off, unless you have a weak cellular signal and must use wifi. Once connected, launch the Moki Kiosk App.

2. If the power button is unresponsive after holding down for 10 seconds, you must use a paper clip to press the home button located on the right side, in the middle of the faceplate, while also holding down on the power button until the device powers off. Then hold down on the power button again until you see the white apple.
