      LunaPic is a full-featured online editor that allows you to upload images from your computer or social media sites. It does not rely on Flash, Java or any other plug-in to work and there is no installation necessary. It has a large array of tools and effects and can help you create some highly creative images. You import your file and then use the basic editing tools such as draw, zoom, rotate, paint, gradient, and crop to change the look of your image.
