- Don’t ask for too much information at sign-up. We only ask for name and mobile number initially we can ask for further information such as email and birthday later if needed.
- Don’t over-communicate. Most franchise owners are sending 2-3 high value communications per month, some one per week but we wouldn’t recommend send more than that.
- Carefully craft your offers. Included in our online dashboard are Smoothie King templates making it super easy so send out great offers without having to think too much about it. These templates also include bar codes to allow you to scan redemptions straight into POS.
